I have learned the technique of forum directly from it’s pioneers at Tamera Healing Biotope in Portugal. Over three separate visits I sat in over fifty forum & SD Forum circles.

My work with the Costume Therapy Method was deeply influenced by their teachings.

If you feel the call, trust your intuition. You are welcome to join for your first time and hold space as witness without ever entering the middle. There is never pressure to use the middle, and holding space as an energetic support is JUST as powerful.

Choose one 3-5 min song as your expressive container.

Use any form of somatic expression for your piece.

Drag style Lip-sync, improvisational movement, vocalizing, spoken word, ecstatic dance, pure stillness, costume changes, drumming...

The best part is…the psyche loves improv.

For this work there is no choreography or at home rehearsal required.

Come early to borrow a costume from our extensive tickle trunk.
