Meet the work from anywhere in the world. My online-only 90 minute sessions include a short but thorough pre-session intake form and follow-up email including a summary of our journey.
This Costume Therapy session is designed for a deeper exploration of your parts. We work in a studio, we have access to the company costume collection & these sessions involve verbal work, somatic work & performance based work. 6 hours total including a 45 minute digital decompression journey.
This work is most beneficial when entered through a muti-day experience. Sessions include somatic body work, sound journey, reiki, deep Costume Therapy exploration, and most importantly…rest. Time to just do nothing, somewhere nurturing and cosy. I offer these sessions out of my home studio.
